We are unlikely to be the cheapest agency, but we are certainly far from the most expensive! After discussing your individual circumstances, the size of the property etc. we will provide you with a written cost summary. Sometimes, landlords get carried away with saving $5 here or there but forget about the important stuff like rapid leasing times and quality inspections which will save hundreds or even thousands of dollars over the leasing period. Many of our clients have “jumped ship” to ACTON after experiencing appalling levels of service at other real estate agencies. We have detailed systems in place to make this transition as smooth as possible and will even “pay-out” early exit fees charged by other agents.

Property management is the backbone of our business. Our dedicated PM Department is currently staffed by an amazing group of women ,all with very specific roles. You will have a dedicated Property Manager. We also have a separate Trust Accountant, a separate leasing consultant, an inspections manager and of course, you have direct access to the Directors of the business. Unlike most Property Management companies, our Property Managers are employed to serve you and look after your asset. We believe other roles like Trust Accounting and home opens should be handled by specialist staff, allowing your Property Manager more time to manage their portfolio.

We prefer to concentrate on properties located within 10kms of Perth CBD. Why? Less time travelling to and from far flung properties means more time spent managing your asset. This is the best way our staff can offer the level of service they promise.

Absolutely!  Her name is Betty. In addition to showing properties to potential tenants, Betty processes applications and carries out the most thorough checks possible. She often goes above and beyond especially if her gut feeling says something doesn’t add up. It’s amazing what she finds out on Facebook! This means we can process applications as soon as they are received and give tenants an answer quickly before they move on and apply elsewhere. In 2019, Betty was awarded PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SUPPORT PERSON OF THE YEAR for the entire ACTON group! Something we are very proud of and grateful for. With more than 25 years in the real estate, retail and customer service industries, she embraces whole heartedly our client focused philosophy.

Outside of normal business hours all calls are directed to a rostered staff member (usually a Director of ACTON) so that we can take immediate and adequate steps to minimise cost and damage to your asset. We DO NOT use an overseas call center like many of our competitors. Our team of trusted plumbers, electricians and other contractors are also available at all times.

It is true, you can manage the property yourself. Many owners continue to do so. But when something goes awry with the tenant, rent falls behind or a myriad of other factors occur, wouldn’t it be nice to know you don’t have to deal with the situation? Our team of highly trained women know the Residential Tenancies Act inside out! They are highly skilled at ensuring your interests are always paramount and that all legislation is adhered to. Then, it’s simply a matter of completing the Government required documentation. This can be done electronically or face to face. We then arrange to collect keys, liaise with existing tenants etc. The process is quick and personal.
